周六的大清早，我们大部分的员工按照公司上班的时间来到了公司的楼下，扯着公司团建活动的横幅在楼下拍了个照片就上车出发了。这次团建活动的地点我是知道的，之前在公司群里也是经过投票选择了的，既然自己没有其他的选择，那还不如选一个自己感兴趣的去玩呢，而正好，这次要去的就是我投票选的那个——农家乐。我估计有很多的同事都跟我一样，是想趁着春天百花盛放的季节，感受一下春天的气氛。

到了农家乐稍微整顿了一下后，我们开始了本次的团建活动。公司组织这次团建活动的主要目的应该就是为了让我们全体员工在得到放松的同事，增加员工间的感情，让我们之间更加的熟悉和默契，从而使我们公司这个大团体更加的团结，从而促进公司发展，所以活动一开始，带队的'领导就给我们分了组，把每个部门的人都给分散了，基本上都是几个部门的人在一个组。虽然都是成年人了，但是此次的活动都还玩的很简单的，主要是丢手绢和你画我猜两个活动。

丢手绢的活动我们每个人都是从小就玩着的了，所以非常的熟练。最开始的时候是领导当那个丢手绢的人，要是放在后面没有发现的话就要到围起的圈圈里面表演节目，所以再这样的激励下面我们所有人都玩的很起劲，各种尴尬的节目也让我们开怀大笑，不知不觉的就拉进来大家的距离。而你画我猜的节目就是按照我们之前的分组，一个笔划其他人猜，最后看哪个组的默契差，也要上台表演，这个节目是非标考验配合和默契的，所以通过你画我猜这样的形式，使得我们相处的更加融洽的彼此之间的默契度也上升了。

后面玩了好几局，一直到饭店的时候我们才停下来在农家乐吃饭去了，饭后我们也在农家乐的负责人带领下到四周欣赏春天的美景去了。

这次的团建活动结束了，但是我心里却一直在怀念着刚刚的各种活动，车上同事们叽叽喳喳的讨论声也说明着跟我一样在回忆着。

本学期一开始，我的许多地方就出了问题，更悲剧的是我自己竟然没意识到这些问题。

大局上来说，我出现的第一个问题是，错误地估计了形势。为啥p大招生少？因为理科院系招生的特点，就说我们院，一半都是保送进来的，保送党的同时也是竞赛党，剩下一半高考党也多数有竞赛经历，而我是“一张白纸”，没学过半点竞赛。一开始我模模糊糊知道这个情况，但是没有足够的重视和思考。并且我还以为上了大学学习没有高中的节奏紧凑了，课业也没有多么重，平时完成作业就行，周末还能睡个懒觉，更“轻松”了，更甚者，我仍自信地认为自己的适应能力很强……我错了，形势预估不说完全也差不多完全——错误。

说说具体的一些事情吧。第一个，选课没经验，选的比较“想当然”。我没有寻求帮助，这真是，够不聪明的。虽然我高中好多年没出p大的学生了，导致我连个高中校友学长都找不到，但大学的同学有认识学长的，通过他们结交一些学长也是可以的。根本上来说，我就没有思考选课的意识，缺乏到新环境里了解事物的悟性……不过经验是可以积累的。首先不应选的选修课就是“cir”，这门课已经超出我的能力了，选这门专业选修课之前，我觉得不就是多一门课嘛，好好学就行，没想到论文这东西会这样！虽然是小组做论文，但观点的提出还是很困难的，甚至是很虐心的，因为思考看文献的方案、论文准备的路线，以及担心完不成的紧张感，这些在准备论文的过程中让我经常睡觉做梦，上高中的时候睡觉那叫一个踏实，基本不做梦，现在却不行了。最终答辩完了，一块石头落地，成绩出来也不错，但，我认为还是不选为好，原因有三：第一，老师上课讲的方法，旁听就能学会，甚至同学指导一下就可以；第二，作为将知识应用于实践的论文，还是太“水”了，漏洞很多，有些我们自己也无法信服；第三，经过小组的努力，论文做出来了，也叫“有所收获”，但对其他学习的影响还是相当大的，总让我有种“得不偿失”的感觉。其次，普化课，我选的这位老师所教的班里，大部分为竞赛党。老师是真好，讲课也非常好，是我这学期所上课里教的最精彩的老师。然而，老师总是有很多拓展，我没有竞赛党的深厚基础，对于这些拓展难以接受，而这些拓展都能出到考试题里我更……虽然说是用学的知识去解释，但给我消化知识的时间，我感觉，少。更何况老师上课为了提起我们的兴趣，经常讲一些有意思的事情，对基本知识的讲解自然就少了。总之，选这位老师的普化课也有超出自己能力的意味。最后说到令人无奈到家的体育课了，我这学期竟然没选上？！原来是别人都给体育课99意愿点，我只拿出54意愿点给它，还有45我给了大学英语……太极拳课作为必修体育课，大一时大家当然都抢着选，并且大学英语不会选不上课。总之，体育课是会出现选不上的情况的，我没有得到这一信息。

所以到了一个新的阶段，没有人引领你，没有人主动提供帮助，自己就得对待各种事情都要多思考思考，看看是不是有一些复杂的东西在里面，同时主动寻求帮助，能少走弯路。

第三，对形势的估计错误导致我对学习要求的太松了。以完成作业为合格标准，倒是有不少空闲时间在周末，可以玩玩游戏看看电影什么的，这些简直就是“killtime”的最贴切工具了，的确是“kill”。一学期下来，我没有更“杀马特”，倒是“杀时间”不少。然而理科学习，练习少了是不行的，对知识的掌握和运用都会造成缺陷。何况，有些考试题就是在课本的练习题里出的。应该把手里的题都做完——没有频繁的考试，没有练习试卷，当然应该尽可能做接触到的题。要是这样做了，期末总成绩会更好一些。

以上两点在学期过半，也可能是过大半的时候，被我认真反思了一下，感觉不能再这样下去，于是，宿舍里学不下去，那就去教室，没课的教室里就有上自习的，还有图书馆也行，有学习的气氛，自己总之不会轻易懈怠，能静下心来看书做题，相当程度上“挽救”了我估计错误所造成的问题。以后的学期就这样做了，可以做的事，就不会老是“闲”的去开电脑了。

第四个方面，我对列计划不如以前严格了。学期刚开始时，在“轻松”的假象下，我都没列计划。怪不得会时常有“闲”的感觉，感觉没什么事可做了，就是因为没列计划，没提前想一想能做的事情、能尽可能多做的事情有什么。后来我也察觉了，没计划还真不行，就又开始列计划，可是，还是不像高中那样执行的确切及时。前一段的放松惯性使然。

还有第五个事，环境变了，周围大神一堆——我只能用“堆”来做量词了，还有令人无语的作息习惯。说实话，全国大学一个样，多数人若是第一节有课就早起，第一节无课就多睡，晚上来精神，熬夜遍地是，周末就跟wcg到了一样，“宿舍dota联赛”什么的就开始了，周末还有一堆睡懒觉的。宿舍里其他人死活不叠被，就算检查卫生的来了也不叠，真是令人无奈啊。我都快成另类了——早上起得早，晚上十一点半就睡，不过我也是受了一些影响的，比如周末睡懒觉，但后来我也改了过来，懒觉不睡了，让舍友一天都见不到我——在他们起床前出门，在某个同学会晤妹子完回宿舍前上床睡觉。这就涉及一个问题——在你和大部分人都不一样的时候怎么才能不受影响？首先，自己不影响别人，起得早也不能影响舍友（我的闹钟铃声是重金属比较刺激，宿舍的兄弟们多包涵啊，估计你们睡的死样也没啥事），然后能不在宿舍就不在宿舍，然后最有效的还是培养或是坚持做好计划，执行好计划。

五条列出来，四条是批评。xxx就讲“批评与自我批评”。大一，还是大学第一个学期，多自我批评还是好的。省的以后重蹈覆辙。

说点别的吧。大神多，更要注意不要让自己成天比，最后还是成自卑。可是我又喜欢比优较劣……现在想想，散了吧，没法比的，这里不是那个考的最差的成绩也能俯视很多人的高中了，基础啊经历啊都要薄很多的，自己能做好就行了，心态放平些，我还能多活几年。扎扎实实地学和做，顺利毕业就好。

我又想起吃饭了，当然不是我饿了，是食堂里的惨不忍睹的剩汤剩饭。我不得不再次说一句：现在能和我一样吃的盘子里一粒米都不剩的真没几个——起码我常去的食堂里我是没见几个，的人还是剩不少米、菜，就倒掉了。其实很多人都是剩饭成习惯了。有天看贴吧，出现一个话题，讨论“十二大怪癖”，浏览一遍——怎么把盘子里的饭吃得一干二净还成“怪癖”了？真是要怀疑一下现在人们的价值观了。我还是想说，这样的优良品德和传统，的人来做到就很好。剩饭的原因大多数还是借口。

课业实际上并不轻松，课还是不少的，大一下学期，大二仍然很多。这就是理科院系的累。大学，像p大这样的，想在里面学好，是不轻松的。于是我就没“敢”参加社团，好想学打架子鼓，鼓乐社里就有这样的机会……大三吧，现在先不考虑了。

说起谈恋爱，我脑子里怎么老是有微微的“不屑”？是对那些谈恋爱中人的言行？高中作为反早恋（我也不清楚是不是“早”）者，一直是持有反对态度的，难道到了大学后，思维还被惯性影响着？老爸也说，到你遇上有缘人的时候，你就会被现在的自己嘲笑了。此中有深意？高中班主任倒是说我是个“耐得住寂寞的人”。有高中同学还说“很难想象我谈恋爱的样子”……总之，我现在考虑的是，鉴于课业的紧张程度，我在大学谈恋爱——基本不可能。

在北京上学，这一冬天，我在感冒高发期且宿舍其他人都感冒的时候，没感冒；破900的时候没得“北京咳”；到了我每年冬天都会上火的时候也没上火……总之是啥毛病也没了，一回家，开始口腔溃疡了……看来我还是适合呆在我向往的帝都啊。
